Terms of service
01. All items sold by PASSIONEER are handmade using vintage and antique kimono fabrics through traditional Japanese wasai (hand-sewing) techniques. As each piece uses one-of-a-kind vintage material, slight variations in pattern, color, and texture are part of the nature of the product and are not considered defects.
02. Made-to-order items (such as Chemises, Robes, and custom Coats) require production time that varies by piece, as noted on each product page and communicated at the time of order.
03. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the pricing, delivery timelines, and policies described on this page and on the relevant product listing.
04. PASSIONEER reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
05. PASSIONEER reserves the right to reschedule a booked Zoom session in the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. Affected customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered a new time slot.
06. If a session must end early due to illness, technical difficulty, or other unforeseen circumstances on the customer's side, the full session fee still applies. A partial rescheduling may be offered at PASSIONEER's discretion.
07. In the case of cancellation due to a natural disaster, emergency, or other force majeure event affecting either party, no penalty will apply and the customer will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled session.

Cancellation Policy
For made-to-order items (Chemises, Robes, custom Coats), please note that production begins shortly after order confirmation using carefully sourced vintage materials. As such, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.
For the Crêpe Kit Zoom session, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, will not be refunded.
In the rare case that PASSIONEER must cancel or delay an order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or a natural disaster), customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or rescheduled timeline.

Returns / exchanges / cancellations All items are final sale; returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly upon receipt and we will assist you.
Delivery timing Ready-made items (already completed): ships within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order items (requiring hand-sewing): production may take several weeks to over two months. Estimated timelines will be confirmed individually at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods Credit card (Wix Payments), PayPal, Etsy Payments (for orders placed via Etsy).
Payment timing Per the standard terms of each payment method (credit card and PayPal are processed immediately).
Selling price As listed on each product page; shipping costs may be added to the displayed price.
