*Even if you make a reservation without reading the terms and conditions, you will be deemed to have agreed to them.
Notes on use 1. When you make a request, we will discuss the details and only begin work once you are satisfied.
2. We will confirm the delivery date.
3. If you wish to have your garment sent after tailoring, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
4. We will contact you once before the tailoring is completed.
5. Lessons are generally held at our company, but if lessons are conducted on-site, travel expenses and transportation costs will be charged.
6. Smoking is prohibited throughout our company.
7. Please refrain from using earphones during lessons.
8. Lost items will be kept for one month. If there is no request for them within this period, they will be disposed of. Thank you for your understanding.
9. We have a private parking lot. Please let us know if you would like to use it.
10. We may ask you to change the date of use due to maintenance of our facilities, events hosted by our company, etc.
11. If you end up using the facility before the reserved time due to an accident or sudden illness on the day of your stay, you will still be required to pay the fee for the reserved time.
12. If we determine that it is difficult to operate due to a disaster or other emergency situation, we may cancel your reservation. Please note that we will not be able to provide any compensation in this regard.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation Notes 1. Reservations can be made by email or phone.
2. Please apply via the application form or by phone. We will contact you and your reservation will be confirmed.
Regarding cancellation fees: 1. Please note that cancellation fees will not be charged up to four days prior to the date of use, but a 50% cancellation fee will be charged two days prior, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged the day before or on the day of use.
2. Cancellation fees must be paid by bank transfer.
3. If you cancel after payment has already been made, we will refund the amount minus the cancellation fee and bank transfer fee.
